If you concluded your service in the Armed Forces in good standing; and either you receive a modest income and/or neither of your parents attained a bachelor’s degree; and you have the desire to improve your life through higher education, you are invited to receive the benefits of Veterans Upward Bound.
The program is 100% funded by a Title IV grant from the U.S. Department of Education. Project services are free to eligible veterans.
